Pork Chops with Sweet Mango Slaw

Serves 2


  • 2 Kroger center cut pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Private Selection olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Lindemans chardonnay


  1. Heat skillet over medium heat for one minute. In the meantime, season the chops to taste with the salt and pepper.
  2. Add the oil and chops to the hot skillet and sear for one minute per side.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and cook, turning often, until just done.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the wine. Swirl the chops to coat evenly andremove them to serving plates.
  5. Serve with the sweet mango slaw.

Sweet Mango Slaw


  • 1 bag shredded slaw mix
  • 1 Mango, peeled, pitted and chopped (as seen in the video)
  • 1/3 Cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 Green onions, sliced thin, white part only
  • 1/3 Cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Kroger honey
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the slaw mix, mango, bell pepper and onion in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together remaining incredients and add to bowl.
  3. Toss to coat well.
