KARA-AGE Chicken with Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce

Serves 4


Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup Kikkoman® low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Concannon® Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden® Squeeze Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden® Squeeze Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


  • To make the soy ginger dipping sauce, combine all ingredients into a jar and shake well to combine. If a thicker sauce is desired, place all ingredients into a sauce pot and bring to a simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.
  • Make the Kikkoman® Kara-Age Chicken (or fish) according to package directions. Serve with the soy ginger dipping sauce.
