KARA-AGE Chicken with Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce
- 1 box Kikkoman® Kara-Age Coating Mix
- 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs (or breast) cut into 1 ½ inch square pieces
Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup Kikkoman® low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Concannon® Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden® Squeeze Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden® Squeeze Garlic
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- To make the soy ginger dipping sauce, combine all ingredients into a jar and shake well to combine. If a thicker sauce is desired, place all ingredients into a sauce pot and bring to a simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.
- Make the Kikkoman® Kara-Age Chicken (or fish) according to package directions. Serve with the soy ginger dipping sauce.
